gradually improved;on the other hand,countries to increase financial investment,promote the cause of human rights in China continue to expand the people's rights and interests protection.However,because China is the largest developing country in the world,the protection of the rights and interests of the people's livelihood,especially the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of vulnerable groups is still a major practical problem.The research on the rights and interests of vulnerable groups in our country mainly focuses on the special groups such as migrant workers,new generation migrant workers,women,children,the elderly and the disabled,and protects the legitimate rights and interests of island fishermen,especially islands Fishermen's legitimate rights and interests protection research is relatively small.Island fishermen groups also belong to vulnerable groups.With the rapid development of the society and economy,the development of fishermen and fishery is gradually on the edge of society.In particular,the fishermen's economic,political,cultural and social rights and interests are safeguarded,the development is slow and even some places are regressing.In the process of comprehensively deepening the reform and building a well-off society in an all-round way,the empirical research on the rights and interests of the fishermen's Island damaged,current situation,analysis of the problems and causes damage to the interests of the fishermen,help to promote the construction of island village modernization,civilization,is conducive to the good wishes and fast implementation of island construction of the beautiful island fishermen.Therefore,this article chooses the special group of the fishermen of the Y island of a county as the object of study.Through the field investigation and study on the status quo of the rights and interests of the island fishermen and the damage of the rights and interests of the island fishermen,and put forward feasible countermeasures to avoid the damage of island fishermen's rights and interests,and to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of island fishermen.The first part of this paper is to economic,political,cultural,social,ecological five dimensions to sum up the basic situation of the island fishermen's rights and interests,and the main causes of the lack of rights and interests of island fishermen are analyzed according to the performance of damaged problems.In the fourth part,the author analyzes and studies the rights and interests of the island fishermen through the above environment and subjective human factorsIt is hoped that the study of this topic can reflect the actual situation of the island fishermen 's rights and interests objectively and call on the society to
