With the rapid development of social economy, people’s legal consciousness is gradually improving In recent years, the number of cases has gradually increased the number of cases, the case has become increasingly complex. The appearance of this phenomenon to the minority areas of the judges put forward higher requirements, that is, under the national law of the judge, fair and just to solve the case, while combining the actual case of ethnic areas to do the case. For a long time especially in the past more than and 10 years, the task of the trial in order to meet the needs of constantly changing, the people’s court for the team building especially the construction of grassroots judges were active in reform and innovation, has made remarkable achievements in many aspects, effectively promote the specialization of judicial resources.According to current situation of our country national minority culture of the judge, and the judge on the culture of ethnic minorities in China since the new China established relevant laws and regulations and policies of the comprehensive analysis on the actual state of D in Yunnan based on the author’s own as a minority district judge’s personal experience as the basis, analysis which sources of China’s ethnic minority culture, culture of judges is difficult to judge a serious brain drain, judge the age gap and other core issues at the present stage, and from the education and training, improve the system, legislation and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to cultivate the minority judges of the dispute, and to further improve the local investigation analysis, and attempts to put forward the improvement scheme. Hope to solve the problems of the development of our country’s current minority judges to help.
