As Information service industry increasingly competitive,In order to play its important role as information navigator and knowledge service in Big Data Era as before, Library has collected,analyzed and mining a large number of users’ personal information by big data technology, understanding the user personalized information needs fully, and providing more accurate service to users.Big data brings convenience for library users, however, it also increased the risk of users’ personal information leakage at the same time,making user will not be able to fell safely when they use the library service, it has becomed a crucial problem of the big data era to library work about how to protect users’ personal information effectively.Main difficulties confronted by the library of our country for users’ personal information protection in Big data era are that legal system is not sound,the library industry self-discipline consciousness is not strong,users’ personal information security literacy is not high. In order to get rid of these difficulties,this paper surveyed the status for personal information protection law and library laws and regulations at home and abroad fist, and then puts forward some Suggestions of perfecting laws and regulations;Secondly, this paper proposes to strengthen self-discipline of the library industry by industry authority,and formulate library users’ personal information protection guidelines,libraries need to formulate and implement personal information protection policy suitable for their needs and also adopt advanced technology for personal information protection,building personal information protection certification mechanism in the library field; Finally, this article through the way of questionnaire to investigate the users’ personal information security literacy, and puts forward measures to improve users’ personal information security literacy.hoping that the three lines of defence, as standard industry self-discipline protection, perfect legal system constraints and user protect effective, could build users’ personal information protection barrier, providing the reference for library user’s personal information protection in the big data age. |
