Study On The Housing Security Problems And Countermeasures Of The New And Old Generation Migrant Workers In Taiyuan City

During the past 30 years of reform and opening up,the process of new China's urbanization has been promoted rapidly.A large number of rural surplus labor has been transferred to cities.Migrant workers have become the mainstay of industrial workers supporting urban development.However,the urban living environment and condition of migrant workers are generally poor.Concentrated in city village and sheds,migrant workers housing problem has not yet been effectively resolved.This directly affects the survival and development of migrant workers,but also indirectly bound the process of urbanization in China.Migrant workers as an important new urban population,and their urban housing demand gradually increases with the migration of migrant workers and families to the cities.With the further differentiation of migrant workers' inter-generational changes,it is necessary to study and solve the problems of migrant workers' housing and raise new urbanization quality of the process.Therefore,this paper studies the housing demand difference between the new generation and old generation migrant workers in Taiyuan City,and the research results will provide suggestions for solving the housing problem of migrant workers in Taiyuan.This paper mainly through the questionnaire method,the Taiyuan new generation of migrant workers in the basic situation,housing status,housing needs to conduct a detailed and in-depth investigation and analysis to the present situation and demand differences as the starting point,through the SPSS statistical analysis of the impact of new generation and old generation migrant workers housing demand factors and the impact of new generation migrant workers the intention of the homestead will be discounted factors,and the new generation and old generation migrant workers housing demand differences.The results show that working hours play a leading role in the housing demand of new generation and old generation migrant workers.Marriage and homestead discounts will play a leading role in the housing demand of the new generation of migrant workers,and the educational level and the number of family members in the city to play a leading role in the old generation of migrant workers.For the homestead discount will,the old generation of migrant workers may be due to the homestead policy is not enough understanding of its homestead discount is no significant difference.And the new generation of migrant workers,the number of family members in the city workers,homestead status and other three factors have different effects.Finally,for the analysis of housing demand differences between the newgeneration and old generation migrant workers,house type,infrastructure and transportation facilities are biased towards the housing demand of the new generation of migrant workers,and the price is biased towards affecting the housing demand of the old generation of migrant workers.In order to meet the actual situation of new generation and old generation migrant workers in the questionnaire,this paper puts forward some suggestions to meet the housing demand of new generation and old generation migrant workers.It mainly includes deepening the reform of household registration system,collect public rental housing in many ways and raising the capacity of migrant workers' housing.And improve the housing facilities,dissemination of family development concept,and improve the circulation right to use the homestead six aspects.
