A Study On The Discovery Mechanism Of Miscarriage Of Justice

England miscarriage of justice relief system has existed for a long time.The reform of English criminal justice system has made a big impact on other countries.Since the establishment of Criminal Cases Review Commission(CCRC),it has played a major role in finding and correcting miscarriage of justice.In contrast,the discovery mechanism of miscarriage of justice in China suffers from a number of problems.Therefore,learning English advanced experience is very favorable to deal with the practical problems for China.The text is divided into the following five parts.In the first part,the author introduces the concept of miscarriage of justice and emphasizes the importance of the discovery mechanism.The second part is about the role and performance of the CCRC,also analyses the necessity to learn English advanced experience.In the third part,the author mainly summarizes the working of the CCRC in investigation,review and decision.The CCRC has many outstanding characteristics,such as,initiative,independent.In the fourth part,the author tries to make clear the existing problems in the discovery mechanism of miscarriage of justice by method of case analysis in China.Finally,the author puts forward some suggestions to improve the discovery mechanism of miscarriage of justice.
