The Consideration Of Chinese Rural Social Conflict Problem In The View Of On Contradiction Of Marxism

In this paper,based on the perspective of Marx’s theory of contradictions,we study the problem of social conflicts in rural areas of our country,and use the principle of correctly handling the contradictions among the people to explore ways to ease the conflicts in rural areas.Firstly,this paper defines the concept of social conflict,social conflicts in the countryside is a result of the contradictions among the people in China are sharp,including farmers themselves for the benefit of appeal or for its particular purpose of the fight against the mode and process involving farmers between each main body in the society.Secondly,according to the size and nature of the main contradiction of our country rural social conflict will be divided into categories: the conflict between villagers;the conflict between the conflicts between the rural clan;rural governance;the conflict between the villagers and rural governance;the conflict between the villagers and the local government.Then,using the historical materialism,according to China’s rural land system change and management state of rural the evolution of China’s rural social conflict as follows: after the founding period,rural land reform of agricultural cooperation and the people’s commune period,the land transfer period,the household contract responsibility system has four stages.According to the historical evolution and summarize the new characteristics of China’s rural social conflict: conflict subject changes;the main form of conflict mainly into organized law struggle;the influence of public opinion conflicts more.Once again,Marx’s theory of contradiction analysis method causes of China’s rural social conflict analysis,pointed out five pairs of contradictions have long existed in China’s rural society: the contradiction between the strong and weak agricultural market;contradiction between cadres and masses;contradiction between the rich and the poor;the contradiction between farmers and peasants’ ideological contradictions left behind;the age of the Internet and the traditional concept of the rural agitation.So it must build up China’s rural social conflict will exist for a long time the rural social conflict idea;to the dialectical see rural society is rushed into each other,the rural social conflict but also brings negative effects of indirect positive effect;the correct use of theory of handling contradictions among the people,fully meet the requirements of rural social material interests,to suppress all kinds of social contradictions among the people in rural areas are to "clashes" evolution trend,prevent the internal contradictions of all kinds of people in rural areas into the conflicts,and then constructing the socialism harmonious society.Finally,combined with China’s social and economic development of the actual situation,put forward six countermeasures and suggestions to solve the rural social conflict: one is to establish a positive view of social conflict,vigorously develop social productive forces in rural areas;the two is to promote the coordinated development among different regions,gradually break the urban-rural system caused two Yuan gap;the three is to solve the problem of unfair income distribution the income gap between urban and rural areas,narrowing the gap between the rich and the poor;four is to expand the institutional interest expression channel,solve the farmers are most concerned about the problem;the five is to strengthen the construction of rural grassroots self-government organizations,improve the legal awareness of farmers;six is the importance of the clan and the traditional village rules in solving the rural social conflict function.
