The Tourism Law of the People’s Republic of China("Tourism Law")passed by the standing committee of the National People’s Congress vote in April 2013,and has been enacted in October 2013.It is the first time that legislation law standardizing the tourism market,guaranteeing the sustainable development of the tourism industry,establishing the regulation of induced deceive forced consumer behavior,tourism service contract system,tourism market comprehensive supervision mechanism,which contains tourists’ rights and interests safeguard system and so on."Tourism Law" has provided the legal safeguard for the development of tourism industry and the system support.From the time dimension,the proposal has been so far more than three years since the formal implementation,however,how its role in the development of the tourism industry standard?"Tourism Law" focused on travel agencies and tour guides,tour is the heart of the object specification,as herein described according to background "Tourism law" enacted to travelers,travel agents,tour guides,tour leaders as the three most significant research objects,by conducting the research method interviews and questionnaire.The impacts of "Tourism law" change the Status of tourists travel guides,tour leaders,as well,and the corresponding countermeasures.It is the first time that academic study combines tourists,travel agencies and tour guides and other employees as a whole.In the study field of "Tourism Law",former scholars focuses on the impact of the view of legislative point,or to protect the interests of tourists,travel agents,tour guides and other compliance,and safeguard the interests of employees in the perspective of a separate study.However,this article is established on the integration of the basis of academic research in the past,and based on three main tourism interaction between law by the implementation of tourism generated,the impact on the establishment and development trend of travel agency,as well as the impact of the overall interaction model,namely on tourist experience,travel agency revenues,tour guides and other employees satisfaction.In addition,the data collection of questionnaires is conducted by using the questionnaire star money-paid business,so as to more accurate targeting on potential visitors,greatly improving the data validity and credibility.This article is divided into five parts.The first part mainly introduces the background of this writing,the meanings,innovation,research methods and research framework;the second part is the literature review,including the definition of related concepts as well as on the previous study of "Tourism Law":on tourism interaction and association among each subject and the impact of each body;the third part is constructed of questionnaire design variable factor and sub-factor model based on previous relevant academic research;the fourth part is the empirical analysis based on the questionnaire "Tourism law" overall impact of tourism on the model,including reliability and validity analysis and basic descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,and factor analysis;the part fifth is about the conclusions and recommendations,according to the results of this study,conclusions and suggestions are given for tourism administrations and travel agencies.Given the results,to begin with,the implementation of "Tourism Law " has a negative impact on travel agencies income.some scholars believe that support and implementation of the "Tourism Law" is conducive to the overall development trend of the future of the travel industry,the development of industry has a great role in promoting,but this article finds embodied in the small sample-based travel agency,tourism law to promote small and medium Travel agencies have to be competitive strategy and product strategy of reform and innovation,and these reforms and innovations for the survival of small travel agencies to bring a great threat to the survival much more difficult than before.To sum it up,the implementation of"Tourism Law" may in the long term for the travel industry is a good thing,but in the short term is bound to threaten the survival of small travel agencies,there may be a large number of small travel agencies will disappear.Furthermore,the implementation of "Tourism Law" changed Satisfaction Index tour guides and other employees.Scholars believe that the past income and social status are the most influential variables on tour satisfaction,we decided to guide their performance in the job,but this article regression results show that after"Tourism Law",is the perception of the prospects for the development of tour guides employees most important factor,followed by the social status and income.This result suggests that the implementation of "Tourism Law" changed the industry practitioners for judgment,effective promotion of industry practitioner’s rational attitude return,more confident in their work.Eventually,after carrying out "tourism law",it guarantees the security rights and interests,the option of tourists and their law-abiding consciousness gradually improve,so as to improve the experience in the tourism perception.The results show that the supply after implementation of tourists travel experience to provide rights and interests safeguard,affect the tourists’ satisfaction,moreover along with the further implementation of the "tourism law" the experience of tourists become more complicated and comprehensive,puts forward a new challenge for tourism service providers.
