Research On The Supply Of Pension Service Elaborately

With the continuously increase of China’s elderly population,the dependency ratio of the elderly population increases significantly,making the productive labor f orce bear too much pension costs,which is thus not conducive to the steady develo p. With the continuously increase of China’s elderly population,the dependency rati o of the elderly population increases significantly,making the productive labor forc e bear too much pension costs,which is thus not conducive to the steady developm ent of society.In 1970s,China implemented strict family planning policy,the"4+2+ 1 "family pattern began to appear on the stage,family scale gradually became small, resulting in the gradual missing of the traditional function of aging care;besides,Ch ina socialized service for the aged lags behind,institutional caring for the aged suff er many deficiencies in infrastructure development,staffing and other relevant field s;many problems also appear in community care,and the demand for care of the ag ed cannot be met.In this context,the concept of being fine began to occupy a place in the field of pension service.There is no policy guidance yet in China for the con cept of being fine in pension service.Considering this,Chengdu is taken as an exam ple in this paper.This paper aims to reflect the current status of the fine service for the aged in Chengdu through field research and then make out suggestions on the d evelopment of the fine service for the aged in Chengdu under the guidance of findi ng and then solving problems.As meticulous care service is getting more and more attention now, this article come to the conclusion of meticulous care service through analysis of concepts and theories about pension service. In other countries such as Japan and Britain, had made reforms of meticulous care service in early time, and amount of experience which is reference to China is emerging. According to the analysis of the data about the needs of the aged in Chengdu, to explore the individual factors that affect the needs of elderly people. Finding that gender, educational level, income and state of health have great impact on it. So, based on their different individual factors, we can make different groups of elderly people about their individual needs. And, at the same time make survey on the supply-side of pension service in Chengdu, to find the problem in aspects of specialization, intelligence and the system of government in the process of meticulous care service at present. Through the above analysis, come to the conclusion that in order to develop meticulous care service in Chengdu, we should optimize the following aspects: demand and supply assessment mechanism; professional team; territorial intelligence; and define the rule of the government.
