Design And Implementation Of Public Security Information Analysis System Based On Data Mining Technology

Currently,with the reform and Opening and the continuous development of modernization,social economy,politics and science have been rapidly developing.Human society has been in the information age.Computer technology and data management technology has been widely used,making the amount of data stored in the database increase dramatically.It has far exceeded the normal range in the analysis and understanding of data.At the same time,there are some profound changes in the form of crime.It challenges the public police on the current means of law enforcement,crime control,detection strategies and prevention strategies.Due to the “strengthening police by science and technology” strategy,put forward by our nation,and the current grim situation,new means of detection,prevention and control are urgently required to curb crimes.The application of information technology in public security is the combination of modern science and technology in the process of fighting against crime.By using the existing resources,it acts as an important means to combat illegal crime forces and meets practical needs of new situation.In this context,based on the practical experience of the public security organization of a certain city of Hunan Province,this paper presents the public security OLAP system based on data mining,which is composed of two parts: case management module and data mining module.The former one is mainly about the collection and management of cases;the latter one is about preprocessing of main cases happening last decade with the use of Microsoft SQL Server 2012,which makes a preparation for building database,which is constructed according to the needs in the star-shape module.Through dividing the measurement and dimension towards the needs of analyzing criminal features,and predicting the case environment,the present article analyzes,in details,the relationship among the features of crime offenders,the case environment and the type of the case.This module makes the detailed analysis of crime information and the process of data mining come true.It also analyzes some technical methods,such as the OLAP and preprocessing of crime information and data.Meanwhile,the present paper offers the implementation method — software engineering technology.Experiments and analysis show that,using data mining to process crime data,onecan quickly find the hidden information,identify trends and rules,and accelerate the investigation of cases.At the same time,its use,with important practical significance in practice,can reduce the occurrence of new crimes and provides strategic basis for the public security departments to make decision.
