With the development of modern logistics construction, the requirements on the rearwarehouse logistics speed increase, but ontradiction between the requirement ofrear warehouse modernization and funds shortage will exist in the long term. This paper, starting from the rear warehouse status, using the control variable method and the law of diminishing marginal benefit, combined with Flexsim simulation technology, the disposition of the handling strength in rear warehouse is studied, making handling operations more efficient.Firstly, this paper introducesthe conception, feature and function of the material handling operation, studies the operation stage and exercise process,and builds system basic mode and system model, along with the classification and feature of the handling equipment.Secondly, according to theproblems ofmaterial handlingstrengthdisposition, using the control variable method and the law of diminishing marginal benefit, combined with Flexsim simulation technology,determining the handling strength disposition model. Thirdly, making a rear munitions warehouse as the research object, according to the characteristics and functions of Flexsim, we designthe simulation process, and put the simulation data into the handling strengthdisposition model,determining the warehouse'sultimate handling strength ultimate disposition schemeat the present stage. Finally, through the simulation analysis of the final disposition scheme of the warehouse at the present stage, we find out the "bottleneck" of the warehouse's material handling operation at the present stage, and put forward the disposition optimization, and through comparing and analyzingthe optimization results, we determine the key point of the construction of a warehouse at the next stage.
