| China has decades history of real estate macroeconomic control which is complex, influential, versatile but vaguely assessed. Macro-control of real estate is closely related to the operation of the national economy and the social public interest, standardized and efficient real estate macro-control performance evaluation is real estate macro-control should be link, now the effectiveness of macro-control of real estate get deep concern of the government and the society, has no definite regulation of real estate macro performance appraisal standards, assessment of government and society, macro-control of real estate is relatively vague, is not conducive to the establishment of economic construction and public confidence in the government, is not conducive to the process of the rule of law to promote.
