The Research Of National Defense Students Leadership On Pre-duty Training Phase Based On The SAT

The current policy of the national defense students in China, which references the ROTC mode of the American army, has developed an important part of training the backbone of the army and become beneficial supplements to the source of the backbone.The policy,whose Superiority is prominent,is continuously improved. The policy trains army talent cadet drawing support from local’s advanced educational resources.Not only does it improve the quality of training technicality talent,but also strengthen the contaction between troop and local.But the results obtained by analyzing the situation of grass-roots units and various cadre department suggest that the deficiency still exists in the development of training the national defense students. There are some national defense students whose development are limited. On the one hand, the cadets graduating from military school share common shortcomings;on the other hand, they also share the individuality disadvantage which is the result of the local educational system.Some units regard that the national defense students are inefficiency and they have drawbacks in various ways.One of the most important reasons is that there is a great discrepancy between the training and utilization, regardless of training students ‘ leadership skillThis thesis adopt a completely new perspective,focusing on training the ability of leadership of the national defense students before appointment, who have been all-round trained for four years, initially possessing essential qualities. Having analysised the weakness existing in training leadership and drawn lessons from related organizations at home and abroad,especially the successful experiences of bringing up the ability of leadership, this thesis construct a training pattern for training the leadership of the national defense students and put forward a SAT systematic training method to explore a methodical maneuver of developing the leadership.Finally, practical examples of training from Xinjiang University provided extensive experimental support for the practicability,availability and effectiveness of this pattern.
