| Social security culture as a country’s economic and social development of "soft power", is an important support force for development and perfection of China’s social security and the social security system. A national social security system is deeply rooted in the culture of its social security atmosphere. Social security culture provides a steady flow of power and keeps pace with the "fresh food" for the social security system. In our country, social security culture consists of values, basic theory, consciousness, legal norms and the level of social security and management system, and so on.Our social security culture is the important content of Marxist cultural concept in China, while the Marxist view on culture plays an important role in guiding our social security. Marxist view of ideology of culture is the foundation value of social culture in China; the ideas of Marxist cultural concept of fairness and justice is the measure of social security culture; Marxist view of harmonious society is the value pursuit of social security culture. Under the guidance of the three, China’s social security culture has always been to maintain essentially consistent with the Marxist concept of culture. Meanwhile, social security culture is under the guidance of Marxist concept of China--the culture with Chinese characteristics. It combines with China’s national conditions, gets the access to the advancing with leaps and forms a social security culture with Chinese characteristics. During the process of construction of security culture in China, we achieve some excellent results, and there are also some shortcomings. To the problems on the construction of security culture in our country,such as the theory is not full, citizens ’ social security cultural awareness is not strong, the legal system of social security and culture is not perfect, this paper puts forward some of the ideas and countermeasures. General ideas and principles is to adhere to the guidance of Marxism, including persisting in the subject position, playing fair and just value, achieving the goal of harmonious society. Concrete construction measures include improving the theoretical system of research, enhancing citizens ’ cultural awareness and improving the social security legal system construction of social security.Today, our country has entered the stage of build a well-off society and as an important force in promoting the construction of people’s living standard, security culture plays an important role in the construction of socialist modernization. So it is significant that we understand and grasp the connotation and extension of social security culture in China scientifically, and get a better construction of China’s social security culture. |
