To comprehensively deepen reform means that our president Xi Jinping leads people to carry out the new great revolution under the new historical conditions and the complicated international background and is also our Party’s great creation from theory to practice in history. Although the 30 years of reform and opening up has made remarkable achievements,China’s reform at present has entered the deep end.
