By establishing service motivation,empowering and helping subordinates' development,servant leadership differs from other leadership styles and promotes the improvement of employee and organizational performance,so it attracts many scholars' attention and research.Among the existing research,service leadership focused on many groups such as the enterprise employees,medical staff,teachers and so on.At the individual level,the implementation of service leadership plays a positive role in employees' mental health level,work attitude and behavior in various degree.From an organizational perspective,service leadership contributes to promoting team innovation and knowledge creation,improving organizational trust and organizational performance and so on.In order to speed up the transformation of government functions,our country is making every effort to create a service-oriented government currently.Whether the implementation of service leadership among civil servants will help to improve the organizational trust and improve service attitude,and thus contribute to building a service-oriented government.This research takes the civil servants in our country as the research object,tries to probe into the relationship between service leadership and organization trust and service attitude of civil servants.Through the study,we find that:(1)In the public sector,leaders who actualize servant leadership can strengthen organizational trust;(2)Leaders who actualize servant leadership also have positive impact on the service attitude of civil servant;(3)Perceived organizational support partially mediates the relationship between service leadership and organizational trust;(4)Perceived organizational support partially mediates the relationship between service leadership and service attitude;(5)Organizational trust mediates the relationship between service leadership and service attitude.Finally,based on the conclusions,this paper puts forward suggestions for management practice and further research.
