In reality because of the lack of separate legal norm and uniform and reasonable compensation standard, there are commercial surrogacy in surrogate birth of bad blood, so it is necessary to pass legislation to reasonable regulation problem of surrogate.This article will base on completely surrogate of reasonable compensation study, through the analysis of the main countries and regions to completely reasonable compensation of surrogacy legislation present situation analysis, it is concluded that the necessity of its existence, validity and feasibility, and contrast the foreign legislation to define reasonable land compensation fees for study, tries to put forward reasonable compensation for surrogacy legislation in our country regulation imho, in order to achieve the purpose of this study.
