Research On The Supervision System Of The Charitable Property In Our Country

As a social security property, charitable property has made great contributions in the field of poverty alleviation and disaster relief. However, in recent years, China’s charity scandal has occurred, resulting in people’s trust in the operation and supervision of charitable property is reduced, the credibility of charitable organizations decreased. How to make the charitable property more serious and efficient supervision becomes an unavoidable topic. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to strengthen and improve the legal supervision of charitable property.At present, our country in the regulation of charity property exist many deficiencies and problems, mainly operating in the regulation of charity property legislation is not perfect, charitable organizations and their property lack of supervision, charity property of the information disclosure system is not perfect and the way of supervision by administrative means, four aspects, in view of the above problems and combining with Anglo American law system and continental law system in charity property supervision system of advanced experience and enlightenment, this paper on China’s charity property supervision system construction from four aspects: perfecting legislation, improve the supervision system, strengthen information disclosure and regulation mode and put forward feasible suggestions.
