The main purpose of this study is to protect the interests of small investors, which is based on Shenzhen Securities and Futures Dispute Resolution Centre(hereinafter the Shenzhen Resolution Centre). The Shenzhen Resolution Centre closely integrates “professional mediation”, “commercial arbitration”, “industrial self-discipline” and “administrative supervision”. By talking about our country's securities and futures dispute mediation system, to promote the healthy development of securities and futures market in our country.The thesis divided into three parts except the “Introduction”. Chapter One, introduced China's securities and futures mediation system and its advantages. Two aspects will be discussed. Firstly, introduced China's securities and futures mediation system from three aspects: the legal basis, the policy guidance and practical development. Secondly, listed the characteristics of the securities and futures disputes mediation system, and by comparison with other dispute settlement mechanism, to highlight the advantages of the securities and futures dispute mediation system.Chapter Two, explained the Shenzhen Resolution Centre how to operate normally. This part mainly through the organizational structure of the mediation center, mediation fees, scope of acceptance, appointment of mediator, applicable rules, and other mechanism's cooperation, to analysis it how to quick and efficient solve the securities and futures disputes.Chapter Three, analyzed the operation of the Shenzhen Resolution Centre and put forward some suggestions. This part aimed to put forward some suggestion which can improve the Shenzhen Resolution Centre's deficiency by combining the legislation and judicial status of China and learning from the domestic and foreign practices.
