The juvenile criminal prosecution system is procuratorial organs to deal with minor crime which is the sum of a series of principles and measures. Practice has proved that the juvenile criminal procurator system is the formation of the Chinese juvenile justice system development, reform and improvment needed, and also is the need of social legal system civilization,and is also the needs of the international development trend of the juvenile justice system.This thesis discusses the juvenile criminal procuratorial system in China from four aspects:The first part, we described the basic theory of minors procuratorial system.Through the basic content of the juvenile criminal prosecution system,we understand the concept of the juvenile criminal procuratorial system, characteristics and principles. From theory and reality, the law from three aspects, the basis of analyzing the juvenile criminal prosecution system, for consummates our country juvenile criminal prosecution system to lay the theoretical foundation.The second part, we elaborated the overseas and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan juvenile criminal procuratorial system in our country. Through to the different law system countries around the world and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan juvenile criminal prosecution system to understand and analysis, we provide reference for the study of our country juvenile criminal prosecution system.The third part, the paper analyzes the current situation of our country juvenile criminal prosecution system and the existing problems. Through to our country present situation and characteristics of adult criminal prosecution system in-depth understanding and explore, find out the present stage our country juvenile criminal prosecution system problems, and targeted centering on the problem, I put forward the ideas and specific measures to solve the problem.The fourth part, the paper puts forward some Suggestions of perfecting our country's juvenile criminal prosecution system.Of development and improvement of the juvenile criminal procuratorial system involves the juvenile judicial system in our country how to develop global problems,it will be about the strategic direction of minors in procuratorial work.
