A Research To Improve The Government Crisis Public Relations

Public crisis management under the perspective of government public relations ability is a country in the face of the moment under crisis, the government public relations ability can inspire the total potential. Therefore, the public crisis under the perspective of government public relations ability, contribute to a more comprehensive and profound understanding of Chinese government public relations ability present situation.Wenchuan earthquake and yushu earthquake were two earthquakes in China recently. In this paper, by comparing the two natural disasters crisis, two government crisis management ways and methods, we can draw lessons from these disaster-prone countries in dealing with crisis public relations in such events experience, researching the treatment of the two major earthquake disasters, analyzing the question and the insufficiency of our country government crisis management.We summarize a series of measures that can improve our country government crisis management ability:establishing and perfecting the system of government crisis, rules-based when the government facing the disaster; using relevant laws and regulations, making laws after the disaster; enhancing early warning mechanism and awareness, giving full play to people's ability to save themselves; obstructing information dissemination channels, to ensure that the accurate, timely giving information and authority; telling what people don't know and resisting humanistic care.
