Legal Research On "Robot Exclusion Protocol"

The development of the Internet brings convenience to people's life. Meanwhile, problems are also following. Disputes between Internet giants bring a heated discussion on "Robot Exclusion Protocol". In this paper, the history of " Robot Exclusion Protocol", the nature of the " Robot Exclusion Protocol", the related cases, and the legal issues of " Robot Exclusion Protocol" in the case of 3B. It is considered that the protocol is not a technical measure. In this paper, The idea that "Robot Exclusion Protocol" is a kind of technical measures is not be agreed. However, abuse of "Robot Exclusion Protocol" may be regulated by Anti-Monopoly Law.
