The Scientific Outlook on Development is the latest achievements in the socialist theoretical system with Chinese characteristics. The new task of construction in our country is proposed in the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, namely’overall carrying out propaganda and popularization activities of socialist theoretical system with Chinese characteristics, and promoting the popularization of contemporary Marxism in China.’The task fully shows that our party will strengthen research and publicity of Marxist theory and make more people have certain understanding of its theory so as to promote the continuous improvement of means of ideological and political education. This shows the way for comprehensive implementation of popularization of Marxism and Scientific Outlook on Development at home.
