Research On The Disposal Of Mass Incidents In Accordance With Law

Mass incidents have become a prominent issue affecting our social stability and development in the new period, which is a new challenge to the government’s governing capacity and the current legal system. If they are not effectively prevented and disposed timely, it is more likely to trigger a greater conflict which would impact on the social harmony and stability, and interfere with the normal economic and social development order. This paper, from the perspective of Sociology of law, examines firstly the group events in recent years in our country, also the use of legal tools to study the social reality of the social events. Through the analysis it can be found that many of the problems that cause the mass incidents are legal issues, which can be solved by means of law. Prevention and disposal of mass incidents from the will of the executive would have to be carried out in order to better protect the people’s democratic rights and ensure the orderly operation of public affairs in a healthy way.This article is based on the current situation of the group events in our country. The author takes his experience as an example in the treatment of mass incidents to analyze the concept, nature, characteristics and general rules of the group events,from the perspective of Sociology of law. According to law, the main reason is the lack of legal thinking also the national legislation failed to deal with the special law.In addition, the local Party committee and government emergency disposal capacity is low, which can not effectively resolve social conflicts or deal with emergency timely. The disposal of mass incidents in accordance with law is a safe and effective way to resolve social conflicts and ensure social harmony and stability. The disposal of mass incidents is complicated,which involvs legislation, law enforcement, judicial supervision, security, and other aspects. through a case study of major mass incidents analysis, aiming at the practical difficulties of the current legal disposal of group events, the government should further improve the handling of mass incidents,carrying out legal education to promote a law-ruling government and perfect the judicial guarantee system. In this way, the whole process of the disposal of group events and conflicts would be resolved by law effectively in order to ensure social harmony and stability.
