Last two years, The government put streamline administration and institute decentralization at the first place, which released market activity, stimulate social creativity, expanded employment, promote the opening to the outside world and promote the government management innovation.As an important part of comprehensive deepening reform, decentralization has been included in local government work report. Meanwhile, related work actively carried out. Zhejiang public security also follows the steps of CPC to do a comprehensive planning and deployment the decentralization of the province's public security system.This paper sets Zhejiang public security as an example, Zhejiang province public security's work of decentralization is an important part of the national public security system power adjustment work. Through field research and discussion to show what Zhejiang public security has done to specific content and practice of decentralization. During this, I find some questions such as local differences and the masses have a low awareness. Faced with this series of questions, I also analysis them from the system, the supervision, the administrative system and the thought. I think, the power has a low degree of openness is the main reason, so as lack of strong supervision, negative attitude of related departments. To solve these problems, I propose to establish a sound power list system, strengthen the supervision and guidance, control impact assessment, establish a model and other methods.Among these methods, power list is an essential part of the decentralization. The core of power list is being simplify. The list of power has a special effect on improving the efficiency of the government. Strengthen supervision mainly refers to establish a system of prevention in advance. Control impact assessment is the precondition of decentralization.In summary, during Decentralization, Zhejiang public security has faced a series of questions. Decentralization is a very meaningful and extremely difficult work, do a good job, then it will promote the development of social economy, do a bad job, then it will cause a loss of government credibility. So, what we should do is paying more attention on the decentralization work, and through various aspects of cooperation, making decentralization practicable.
