2015,the second term of World Internet Conference was held in Wuzhen,Zhe Jiang Province.President Xi Jin Ping attended the meeting and made a speech. He said that the state of unbalanced development,unsound regulations and unreasonable order in the Internet has gradually became more and more obvious. He put forward five propositions on the constitution of Network space destiny community. With the development and update of Internet, the network space has became one of the components of people's daily life. The popularity of electronic mobile terminals made peoole tend to express their own thoughts on the Internet. The internet will became the important medium of public opinion expression in the future society.This essay focused on the patterns of supervision on Internet public opinion in public conflicts by means of literature summarizing, comparative researching and so on; and it analysed China's modern institution of public opinion researching;technical regulations and the construction of laws and regulations. On this basis, this essay also focused on some problems such as the lackness of supervision, the responsibility cannot be implemented,the deficiency of accountability system and the inadequate qttention to the supervision of China's government on Internet public opinion in public conflicts. Through comparative and analytic research to some foreign countries' supervision system, we have gained a lot of experiences and enlightenments which help us to put forward some ideas on how to strengthen the construction of government credibility,optimize the management construction,reinforce the cooperation between government and medium in the supervision on Internet public opinion in public conflicts.
