Since the sixth plenum of the 16 th CPC Central Committee has been held,our government further implements the construction of countryside community policy.The transition of the economic developmental pattern of the large and medium cities in coastal areas provides the capital,technological and human resources for the medium and small cities in the mainland, and needs the new suggestion for the construction of rural community. In recent years, the researchers in our country analyze the construction of rural community in the present developmental stage from various aspects. Our researchers research on the basis of the community construction in our country at present, combining the experiences and inspirations of the construction of rural community in the abroad. And we obtain the fruitful achievements in the research in the community construction patterns, which contain the study of the official systems of the government, the administrative systems of community structure, the capital system of community development, the civil and residents organization system, and so on. This thesis mainly probes into seeking the problems and drawbacks in our rural community construction to figure out the improving proposals through the analysis of the behavior of residents or individuals invoving in the community construction and the relevant reasons for that, and basing on the method of the data analysis of the questionnares that is to survey the community construction, aiming to seek better developmental patterns of community construction and further impetus the implement of rural community construction.Chapter one first introduces with the development of economical construction,the key issues of agriculture, farmers and rural areas in China have received widely attention in Chinese scholars. our country has also carried out a series of policies of rural community construction to encourage and guide the development of rural community. Secondly, the writer summarizes rural community construction researches of the recent scholars and their achievements. Lastly, the writer introduces the arrangement, the method and the object of this thesis.Chapter two describes the rural community construction at present,taking the target G county as an research object. And the research contains the basic information,the developmental procedure, the guidance of policy, the financial support,and the guarantee of public services, the achievements and the feedback of rural people in the process of community construction of this area.Chapter three mainly probes into the influential factors of people's involvement in the community construction by the analysis of questionnares. This chapter will analyze the factors containing the political identity, the material interests, and the spiritual demand of the residents and so on. The writer will figure out the causal factors by the behavior of the residents involving in the community construction.Chapter four will also analyze the lack of involvement of residents or individuals in the rural community construction to summarize the problems and drawbacks in the community construction. For example, the problems like people's unwillingness of involvements and paying little attention to the community construction activities, the lack of propaganda of the activities, the shortage of ways to take part in the community spontaneously and so on.Chapter five will comes up with several suggestions for the above-mentioned specific problems in the community construction from the perspective of the involvement of residents in the community construction, mainly including strengthening the recognition of community construction in the rural areas, opening up the channels of information disclosure, improving the propaganda of involvement in the community construction, promoting the community construction of private organization and so on.
