With the coming of information age, the government information resources is the most important resources,and it is more valuable than other social resources.It nextricably linked with economic development and social progress,and ismore valuable,more reliable,more quality compared with those common resources.Since the implementation of informatization in our country,the information content industry has developed rapidly,the degree of government information disclosure has improved significantly.Also,some policies in China encourage and guide the development of government information resources to increase the efficiency of government informationre sources.However,the development of additional features for Info Source is lagging behind the construction of infrastructure and the increasing information requirements so far.Therefore, it is an important part of the utilization additional features for Info Source to promote the further development of government information and achieve its value-added services.Constructing the government information value-added services pattern is the key to achieve it.Firstly,this article discussed the theories foundation of government Info Source value-added services;Secondly,this paper analyse and compare the patterns of government Info Source value-added services between Europe and America,then pointed out the important revelation to our country.Thirdly,sum up the current situation and problems in government information resources value-added service;Finally,the article build a framework for our government information value-added service mode,clear the service body and content, divided government information value-added services into three types based on the service body,and take marketization as the leading.In order to ensure the operation of model, four parts have been put forward including law, pricing,supervision and technology.
