The Research On The Strategies Of Improving Rural Woman's Political Participation In Beipiao

The situation of the woman's political participation in a country or area can symbolize the democracy and social progress of this country. Since China's reform and opening, there has been a big economic progress in our country. The democracy politics developed a lot by carrying out the Scientific Development Concept and building a harmonious society. With the steady improvement of the law system, woman can be protected when they are taking part in politics. Under such a background, the rural economy developed rapidly in Beipiao, and people changed their minds, which provided the rural woman with a new chance and great social environment. We are so glad to see more and more rural woman could get rid of family and traditional culture, who become stronger with developing ideas and creative ideas. The rural woman's political participation promotes the local economic development and contributes to the social progress. However, the proportion of rural woman's political participation is not that high because of the historical, social and institutional problems. How to improve rural woman's political participation is what we need to face and solve.This article refers to lots of papers and relevant theories, we try to find the problems and methods of rural woman's political participation in Beipiao. In the second part, we use questionnaire to know the real condition and what the problems are:low proportion, unreasonable structure and poor competitiveness. And the trammels are from traditional culture, self-ability and family. The third part focuses on solutions with successful experience. In the last part, we will talk about the strategies including creating good political participation conditions, perfecting the relational law system and strengthen the power of woman's organization.
