Study On Cropping Structure Adjustment In The 141 Group Of Xinjian Production And Construction Corps

In recent years, the agriculture and rural economy had rapid development driven by the national agricultural policy in 141 group of Xinjiang BINGTUAN, but there also had same problems like the planting structure, the type of agricultural products and quality how to meet the market demand, how to implement the outstanding issues of sustainable development of agriculture. Therefore, giving full play to regional advantages, the reasonable adjustment and optimization of planting industry structure, has become a realistic problem that should be solved.The 141 group of Xinjiang production and construction corps began to develop from 1993, and reached the highest point of 12020 ha in 2009; but the planting structure was still the cotton and grain-based dual structure, with the implementation of "science and technology promotes the corps cotton" strategy, the cotton yield reached 2490 kg/ha by 2010, which was 11 times that of 1970. In spite of the area of food crops has gone through a process of increasing and decreasing, but due to the substantial increase in yield, total yield were increased from 4307 t in 1970 to 15976 t in 2010.In this article, we have found a series of problems such as the high proportion of cotton in planting, inadequate agricultural infrastructure, did not prominent a feature in planting adjustment, not give full play to regional advantages, industrialization needs to be further improved, the market competitiveness of agricultural products also need to constantly strengthen and so on by analyzing the current development status, a trend of crop distribution and featured horticultural crops, of 141 group in agricultural eight division. So, we put forward some principles and suggestions of adjusting planting structure by drawing on the advanced experience:in the premise of grain production and stability, take the market as the guidance, vigorously advocated the "agriculture through science and technology" strategy, increase investment in agriculture through multiple channels, improve agricultural service system; the planting structure of diversified development, comprehensively enhance the capacity of agricultural production, promoting the one four one regiment the development of agricultural modernization.
