The Civil Law Protection Of Privacy Under The Big Data Revolution

With the development of the Internet in the word,our country is following the world.In the case of not all people understand the big data, China has entered the era of big data from a simple computer era.Under the big data revolution,preventing serious violation of citizen privacy has become a huge challenge.When public law has taken action to protect the privacy of citizens, the civil law should keep pace with it.we should improve the privacy protection,so that the law can do to complement each other and correspondence.This paper mainly based on the civil law, by exploring the theoretical basis of the big data to discover the characteristics of the citizen privacy which is under the big data, and its value and range, and study on the influence of the privacy what the big data made in modern social, to in order to find out the shortcomings of our country civil law in protecting the privacy of citizens, and puts forward corresponding suggestions in order to improve the civil law to protect citizens privacy in big data.This thesis consists of four parts except the introduction and the conclusion.The first part is the case reference.By citing a case, and according to its controversial point to put forward big data privacy protection of civil law.The second part is about the impact of large data on the protection of privacy right.First,according to the above cases, the object of the right of privacy is difficult to be determined in the big data era. And then find out the lag of the civil law of our country to protect the privacy of big data, and make a detailed explanation.The fourth part of the civil law protection of privacy under the big data in china.First, the comparative analysis of the protection of private rights in the territory of china. Through the analysis to understand the characteristics of the protection of the privacy of the outside, from the analysis of China can learn from. In order to find out the corresponding improvement suggestions, in order to better protect the privacy of our civil law and public law to its protection.
