Therefore, the procuratorial supervision in the implementation of this phase of the civil lawsuit is blind area, it is for this blank in our country civil "enforcement difficulty", "execution chaos" phenomenon has become increasingly serious, cannot get really implement the civil enforcement, civil litigation stakeholders’ rights and interests cannot be guaranteed. How to build effective civil execution procuratorial supervision system is the current academic field and practice field to the topic of discussion and argument. On January 1, 2013, a new "civil procedural law" formally implemented, will be "the people’s procuratorates shall have the right to exercise legal supervision over civil proceedings" changed to "the people’s procuratorates shall have the right to exercise legal supervision over civil proceedings", civil enforcement activities should be brought into the legal supervision program for the first time.Is related to this article, by introducing our civil execution procuratorial supervision system, to introduce the process of civil execution procuratorial supervision system in our country’s realistic demand, necessity, feasibility and existing problems at present stage and other related problems are briefly carding analysis, through comparative analysis, in my shallow understanding of the civil execution procuratorial supervision system, combined with the practice of civil execution procuratorial supervision work, put forward own some proposals to perfection. The author thinks that the first thing to legislation in civil execution procuratorial supervision level refinement, provide more operational space, rather than with only a principle to guide practical work.
