The Application Of Three-dimensional Embroidery In Interior Furnishings

Diversity of forms,artistic styles and materials has constituted the modern art of fiber.Currently,the modern art of fiber is developing in three directions,namely continuous expansion of fiber materials,continuous innovation of fiber artistic creation,and continuous extension of expression forms.Embroidery is an important branch of the art of fiber.Materials and creation of embroidery are also enriching.However,limited by materials and techniques,the artistic expression of embroidery is still confined to a 2D space.In history of mankind,the Industrial Revolution and the industrial massive production have accelerated development of the human society.Now,humans are moving into a new era,an era featuring rapid development of information.While getting material demands satiated,humans are looking forward to more spiritual enjoyments.A case in point is people's increasingly high requirement of their living environment.Along with update of the living concepts and aesthetic concepts,interior display is gaining more and more attention,and is no longer just in a position to meet the traditional demand of practicability but is increasingly expected to cater to people's psychological demand of a more quality life.Reasonable planning and design of the interior items can create a more comfortable and warm living environment.Inspired by this,this paper mainly studies how to demonstrate embroidery in a 3D space,and apply the 3D embroidery to the interior display.
