Han han's “ghosting”event has become a cultural focus.This study takes Han han's “ghosting” event as the research object,also put it in the vision of stylistics analysis,And criticize the stylistic analysis methods used in the event,that is to evaluaten of the pros and cons of stylistic analysis methods.This study suggests that the stylistic analysis has a greater advantage than other ways undoubtedly,as the following reasons:firstly,under the help of statistical software,the results are presented with accurate numbers;It was based on literature theory,the persuasive argument enhanced;It sticks to the theory of literary style center,has a theoretical advantage.Meanwhile,We also have to see its shortcomings or deficiencies,such as easy to ignore the literary aesthetic of Han han's works so that the overall structure of the works was destroyed and Replace the whole with local so as to digest the meaning or function of Hanhan's works.Based on this,this study puts forward the improvement of the stylistic analysis means:Firstly,we should consider other factors based on quantitative analysis,and pay attention to aesthetic of Hanhan's works,linguistic analysis and aesthetic interpretation combined,we also should consider the professional reader's reading experience,pay attention to similarities and differences in the specific reading situation;pay attention to literary text style.whether people think Hanhan is a ghostwriter or not,Different arguments the essence of the argument comes from different understanding of literature,that is differences in literary ideas.Through this analysis of a typical case,we may be able to bring useful revelations to the judicial practice of involving the literary events of the law.
