| Design theory,design history,and design criticism together make up design science.The design criticism is of great significance to the development of design education and design industry,the growth of designers and design majors,and is the guarantee for promoting the healthy development of design education.This article is based on the author’s existing problems in the design practice,such as the face of the design works can not make an objective judgment and evaluation,such as the existence of imitation to plagiarism,heavy skills,light theory,lack of innovation and excessive pursuit of economic benefits and other self-existing confusion.The most basic reason for finding out through research is the lack of a certain sense of design criticism and criticism.During the process of theoretical analysis and thesis research,what is the current situation,problems,and causes of student design criticism in contemporary design education? Why do we need to train design students to develop a certain level of design criticism? What is the design criticism ability this article discusses? And four major issues such as how to construct a curriculum framework for design criticism that is conducive to the formation of students’ critical abilities are discussed.In terms of research methods,based on the ideas of discovering problems,asking questions,analyzing problems,and solving problems,the author uses literature research methods and theoretical analysis methods to carry out research on topic selection,and proposes that the cultivation of critical abilities of design university students should be critical to the construction of design criticism disciplines.The importance of the healthy development of design education.The core view of the article is the definition of the concept of the ability to design criticism,and the proposed ability to form a design criticism is thedesign of professional college students to social design and innovation of important prerequisites and other conclusions.The main content of this paper is divided into four parts based on the research questions.First of all,through the status quo of researching and designing the main body of criticism,the status quo of design criticism of design students and design problems caused by them,such as the status quo from "aphasia" to "imitation" and from "imitation" to "plagiarism" are elicited.Secondly,it focuses on the analysis of the root causes of the problems in designing undergraduate students,including the issue of cultivating candidates under the basic education model in the country,the series of problems arising from the development of domestic design education and the development of design criticism theory and practice.Deficiency and so on.Thirdly,I put forward the important point of the article,that is,what is the ability of design criticism,and combing the concepts of design criticism that design college students should possess,and put forward that the ability to design criticism is the most basic professional quality requirement for students in design.View.And analyze the important role of the formation of the ability of design criticism on the students’ aesthetic quality,judgment ability,design ability and establish correct design values.Finally,it puts forward how to cultivate the specific methods of designing university students’ ability to design criticism.By exploring the role of new teaching methods in the construction of design criticism courses,and analyzing the indirect influence of teachers on cultivating students’ ability to design criticism,and combining their own learning and research on the curriculum,they try to analyze student needs,create curriculum objectives,and organize The teaching content,defining the form of expression,and selecting teaching methods constitute the design criticism curriculum.Through the research,it is concluded that the critical ability of the graduates of the training design profession means the students’ reaffirmation of the aesthetic concept,the social reflection on the design value,and the positive attitude to the design of intervention in life.For designcollege students themselves,having a certain ability of design criticism is the most basic artistic literacy needs of students,enabling them to understand the cultural connotations behind design works and design phenomena in a deeper manner,and constantly improve their ability to innovate,design,and aesthetic qualities.And form the correct design values ??and sense of responsibility. |
