At present,the university students' physical quality and health are not optimistic,this study attempts to extracurricular physical exercise behavior as the breakthrough point,under the self-determination theory and self-efficacy theory,building to promote university students' extracurricular physical exercise behavior theory model,and discusses the relationship between exercise behavior and basic psychological needs,autonomous motivation and self-efficacy of college students,to improve the level of college students' extracurricular physical exercise and offer some suggestions.Study 1: the purpose of this study was to revise the questionnaire,in order to measure college students to participate in extracurricular physical exercise autonomous motive,build theoretical model.In this study,the questionnaire survey to 471 college students for sample statistical,results show that the revised questionnaire reliability index is good(internal consistency coefficient is 0.812),and the good results of confirmatory factor(?2/df=2.94,CFI=0.93,TLI=0.92,IFI=0.93,RMSEA=0.06,SRMR=0.05).Study 2: the effective samples was 803 college students,and structural equation model was used to construct to promote university students' extracurricular physical exercise behavior theory model,discusses the relationship between basic psychological need,autonomous motivation,self-efficacy and exercise behavior.The results show that the theoretical model of extracurricular physical exercise behavior of college students can be explained and predicted.the theoretical model can(?2/df=3.96,CFI = 0.94,TLI =0.93,IFI=0.94,RMSEA = 0.06,SRMR=0.04)explained 26% of the extracurricular physical exercise behavior.Conclusions of this study:(1)the revised questionnaire has a good index of reliability and validity,which can be used to measure the autonomous motivation of college students' extracurricular physical exercise.(2)The theoretical model constructed to promote the extracurricular physical exercise behavior of college students can explain the extracurricular physical exercise behavior of college students to a certain extent.(3)the satisfaction of three basic psychological needs improves the autonomous motivation and self-efficacy of college students,and thus promotes the generation of individual extracurricular physical activity.
