The 80's generation managers have gradually grow to be the backbone in the workplace.They generally are rich in vigor and innovation spirit,individual positive character,but under the pressure of work and life and so on,they are big mood swings,and usually not like to be mature.The ability to resist pressure problems also be poor.These problems have brought to their work and life with all kinds of emotional distress.Emotions can bring positive effect,also can bring them a lot of adverse effects.Therefore,how to solve emotion management problems,which the paper explores can help 80's business managers to grow quickly and also for the whole social development of the enterprise is a very vital significance.Domestic and foreign scholars have already researched on emotional management for many years.Employees' emotion management of the company was provided with the basis of a lot of practical theory and methods.But emotion management is in the development stage in China.At present,it is still in the primary stage,especially the study on specific people-80's business managers.Therefore,in this paper,as the research object,the enterprise 80's managers is the major role.The research on emotional management also can take a new perspective for the enterprise human resources management.This paper takes a professional way to get details through the questionnaire for the 80's managers' emotional management.After the acquisition of the basic data and influencing factors of the work emotions which has revealed by the problems that existing in the management process,the author gets started to analyze.According to the analysis,the author respectively gives the three countermeasures and Suggestions for the 80's enterprise managers,enterprise human resources management,and organizational management and so on.
