According to the theory of oil painting technique and the research direction of creation,based on the author's understanding of the ability of oil painting and the practical experience in the process of painting scenery,drawing on the relevant knowledge of the theory of "Mental flow" in psychology,this paper expounds the composition,cultivation,sublimation and difficulty of landscape painting,sums up the experience of painting scenery sketch,This paper makes a case study on the process of painting scenery sketch,this paper sums up the formation and state of the Mental flow in the art creation,demonstrates the important significance of the power of the heart flow in improving the ability of painting scenery sketching,and puts forward the practical ways of "deep understanding,full heart focus and deliberate training" to three points of condensed Mental flow.
