This article attempts to discuss the Korean political states during her liberation periods,studies the political line of Kiusik Kim from Japan colonial period to establishment of south and north korean governments,from the perspective of history of politics analyzes the forming reasons of the division of the Korean Peninsula.Kiusik Kim is the Korean politician,educator,religious activist in the early halfof the 20th century.After korea was occupied by Japan in 1910,he bagan to the movement for national independence in China,asylum-land.As a Korean representative,went to Paris Peace Conference and the Moscow East National Congress.And successively held the posts of Secretary of of Foreign Affairs,Secretary of Education.In fighting for national liberation,he engaged in diplomatic movement of independence Vice-Chairman of the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea.After liberation of Korea,far-right nationalist led by Syngman Rhee that relyed on the external power advocated the division of Korea.To prevent the tragedy of the division,Kiusik Kim the leader of the Centrist conducted promotion movement of korean unification such as the cooperation of the left and right wings in the Korean political circles and negotiatory meeting of south-north Korean leaders.In this period he always took national independence of Korea as the first principle,insisted on his political line of the unification.Analyzing the political situation of Korea during this period by the political opinions and movement of Kiusik Kim is directly associated with understanding the current situation of the division of the Korean Peninsula.Japan was defeated in the August 15,1945,but Korean people did not obtain real liberation.On the forming time of Cold War structure between the U.S.A.and the Soviet Union,far-left and far-right nationalist led by Syngman Rhee and ? Sung Kim that advocate the division of Korea finally grasped the initiative stage.Soon after,the Korea War broke out,deepened political,social,and cultural gap and hostile consciousness among the same nationality,formed the prototype of the current Korean Peninsula division.Kiusik Kim and the Centrist had always been of the opinion that by implementing the cooperation of the left and right wings,to remove the pro-Japanese group and achieve national reunification.Although endeavours of Kiusik Kim and the Centrist ended in failure,from a methodological point of view,their ideas can be used as significant reference for the solution of the current Korean Peninsula division problems and peaceful reunification.The thesis mainly covers three parts,the main contents are as follows:Chapter 1 primarily discusses how early experiences and independence movement of Kiusik Kim would shape his later character and values,what's influence of diplomatic independence movement failure on the cooperation of the left and right wings.Chapter 2 primarily discusses the cooperation of the left and right wings of the Centrist led by Kiusik Kim and Woon-hyung Lyuh,the direction of the political groups of Korea after the collapse of the Moscow Conference of Foreign Ministers Meeting,and mainly analyzed the meaning of the cooperation of the left and right wings and the cause of the failure of the cooperation.Chapter 3 firstly discusses the motive of establishing National autonomous alliance after the failure of the cooperation of the left and right wings.When the Korean problem was referred to the United Nations,the movement of korean unification were influenced all at once.This chapter also explored the effects and charges of Kim's ideological line for Korean unification.Then described the deployment process that Kiusik Kim and Koo Kim convened negotiatory meeting of south-north Korean leaders.Finally delved the historical significance of joint statement of principle of the meeting.
