In recent years,with the advent of the knowledge economy and the deepening of economic globalization,technology development,and business strategy are no longer the primary factors for the rapid development of enterprises.How to obtain and maintain high-quality human resources and maintain Lasting competitive advantage is even more important.Psychological contract refers to the psychological perception between the company and its employees regarding their respective obligations.It is a decisive factor that influences employee behavior and attitude and is one of the important topics in the field of human resources and organizational behavior.The rapid development of high and new technology has led to an increase in market competition,a competition for talent.Therefore,the research on the psychological contract between the company and the employees,and the harmonious and long-term and stable relationship between the employees and the company are the requirements for the progress and development of Chinese enterprises.This article first introduces the research background,purpose and significance of the article.Then from the four aspects of the concept,structure and characteristics of the employee psychological contract theory,the psychological contract is elaborated in detail,as the theoretical basis of this article.Then,on the basis of clarifying the significance of benign psychological contract to the development of enterprises,questionnaires were designed from three aspects of developmental responsibility,interpersonal responsibility,and questionnaires and interviews were used to thoroughly understand the psychological contract of NT employees.The actual situation,and use the data obtained from the survey questionnaire to sort out the status of the psychological contract of NT employees and their existing problems are combed.Finally,based on the status quo of employee psychological contract and the existing problems,this paper puts forward specific suggestions for constructing NT company's benign psychological contract.In the end,the article summarizes the psychological contract status between NT company and employees,and provides reference and reference for the psychological contract management of employees in other companies of the same type.
