A Comparative Study Between The Chinese Flower-bird Painting And The Western Still Life Drawing

Because of different cultural and historical background,the main characteristics of Chinese paintings and western paintings are also different.For with Chinese flower-bird paintings and Western still life,we will compare them according to the following four aspects: historical origin,aesthetic idea,observation method and art form,and explore the style of them by their form and content.On the one hand,the comparison between Chinese and western paintings,especially in the similar context to compare a single type of them,it is easier to reveal the secrets how to form the style like this.Horizontal comparison research,on the other hand,is beneficial to carry forward the Chinese traditional culture and Chinese aesthetic spirit,and can also provide theoretical support for the cultural exchange,painting spirit inheritance,the emergence of new forms of art.The purpose of this study is to deepen the understanding of the Chinese flower-bird paintings,traditional aesthetic and Western still life,Emphasis on learning and understanding of Chinese and western traditional painting is necessary.
