Research On The Female Workplace Novels Since The New Century

Since modern times,Chinese females in the workplace were born,with the National Liberation Movement and the Women's Liberation Movement.It is the female's independence in the social and economic structure,which makes the woman appear in different periods of literary writing.The writing of women,especially females in the workplace,has never been interrupted,more than and 100 years from twentieth Century to twenty-first Century,and from serious literature to popular literature.In the first part of this paper first reviews and combs the writing strategies of the females in the workplace in the different stages of Chinese literature since twentieth Century,to describes the process of the evolution of the female images in Novels.And try to complex and subtle relationship between experience and reslity image in different periods of occupation female mold.At the end of the last century and in the turn of the century,with the flourishing development of network media space and popular literature,more importantly,with the urbanization process,the rapid expansion of women like a thousand li like a day,the workplace space has undergone a significant change.In the contemporary literature,especially in the network type novels,female workplace novels came into being.In the second chapter,the author makes a comprehensive classification of the text patterns which have been favored by women in the new century.Combined with the specific works,this paper makes a general description of the characteristics and the main structure patterns of female workplace Novels.It is revealed that this kind of novel has roughly the same kind of writing mode.Its plot pattern mainly concentrates in the female growth mode,the love and the workplace intersection weaves the pattern and so on.This model of the females in the workplace imagine women obviouely and the reality of the experience with a depth of intertextual relationship.The third part of this paper focuses on revealing the cultural logic of the women's workplace writing in the novels of females in the workplace,and points out that the existence of the novel reveals the dual nature of the existence of women in reality.And to make an analysis of the dual nature of identity and negation in women's self identity in the novel and in reality.
