Changhua bamboo weaving as one of the Zhejiang traditional folk arts and crafts,Its own contains rich artistic and cultural value,and have extremely local characteristics.As a piece of art treasure buried deep in the mountains,Changhua bamboo weaving not only shows the local bamboo weaving artists’ superb weaving techniques,as outstanding representative of the Zhejiang traditional folk arts and crafts,its design not only has high practicability,at the same time both ornamental value.But as a traditional handicraft Changhua bamboo weaving is still belongs to the specific product of agricultural economy era,with modern social and economic development,technological progress,people’s material life has been greatly abundant,the influx of industrial products into People’s Daily life,traditional bamboo weaving both in function,modelling,material and aesthetic aspects with the modern people’s needs,so to speak,Changhua bamboo weaving is facing a huge crisis.In this article,through the field visit investigation,on the current situation of the traditional Changhua bamboo weaving,from the production,use and design three aspects has carried on the comprehensive survey analysis,to the current production status and use status have an insight into understand.Then on this basis,launched on the research and analysis the present situation of design,thus conclude that the specific problems of the Changhua bamboo weaving appliance,for its further research provides a solid basis for the optimization and innovation;At the same time,through to the Changhua bamboo weaving deep understanding of the present situation of bamboo weaving appliance,starting from the actual research,to analysis the traditional bamboo weavings’ existing problems in design and creative and so on various aspects,at the same time summarized the internal and external factors what hindering its development,then to explore the Changhua traditional bamboo weaving product innovation design direction and strategy laid a solid theory and facts foundation.I hope Changhua traditional bamboo weaving as the research object,by a new conception and research perspectives,and more creative in the content,not only for review and summarize the hometown’s traditional handicraft,and help them find modern product innovation design method.take this as an example,for those with difficulties in developing and transforming the traditional handicraft enlightenment,and try my widow’s mite to the protection of traditional culture and inheriting.
