Ethical Analysis In The Nuclear Accident

Nuclear energy is a product from the development of modern society and the advance of technology.The outbreak of nuclear accident is an unpredictable bomb even though it is of small probability.The purposes of nuclear accident ethic analysis including how to manage and handle nuclear accident,how to make the most of nuclear resources and control or eliminate the negative effect of nuclear accident.This article makes a brief introduction to nuclear accidents and relevant ethics during nuclear accidents management such as ecologism,humanism and civic rights,etc.It analyzes the ethical issues from three aspects including challenges of ecologism,public interest body`s moral and civic awareness through case study of the two Level 7 nuclear accident and their management.It is believed that ethics played an important role during the nuclear accidents management of the government,enterprises and media,as well as individuals.In the meantime,this article has summarized principles of life-values-most,fairness and justice,damage minimizing,publicity and transparency and efficiency during nuclear accident management.Only by following the above principles can we eliminate negative effects,expand optimistic and solve the severity of accident.It is beneficial for promoting the kindness of humanity.Our ultimate goal is realizing sustainable development of nuclear energy and discovering proper and practical ethic solutions against nuclear accidents.
