Objective:(1)The intention of college students in stress events,and the degree of acceptance of narrative therapy;(2)Whether the study of narrative therapy on college students have a negative effect of depression.Methods:(1)A random sampling method was used to select 300 students from Dushu Lake campus of Suzhou University,and the SeLf-rated Health Measurement Scale Version 1.0 and Beck Depression Self-Depression Inventory fill in the scene after the unified recovery.(2)Among the 300 college students who participated in the questionnaire,the individuals with 15 to 25 of the Baker Depression Scale were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Two months after the intervention,Results:(1)The study found that when college students face stress events,the rate of intention to seek counseling is 64.15%;(2)There is a significant negative correlation between college students' physical function and help intention at 0.01 level(3)There is a clear correlation between the grade of college students and the intention of seeking help at 0.01 level,and it can predict the intention of college students in a certain range.(4)The experimental group BDI score was significantly lower than the control group,in the 95% confidence interval,indicating that the difference is very large.Conclusion:(1)college students to a certain extent agree with the narrative therapy model,and more favor the narrative therapy.(2)the grade of college students can play a positive role in the search for help;college students' physical activity function level plays a negative role in the search for help;(3)Narrative therapy has a certain effect on college students' depression.
