Relations Between Narcissism And Excessive Use Of Microblog Of College Students:the Mediating Effect Of Interpersonal Relationship Disorder And Microblog Use Motivation

More and more social applications rised gradually with the rapid development of social networking platform.Microblog and other social networking applications gradually was welcomed by more and more college students.It has caused people's strong concern at microblog overusing problem,and be regarded as one of the characteristics of the addictive behavior.Researchers thought that excessive use of social networking sites may cause more sleep disorders and depression.Which needed us to explore the antecedent and the influence mechanism of excessive use of microblog among college students.The study selected the narcissism,the motivation of using microblog and interpersonal relationship disorder as the antecedent of excessive use of microblog.And explored the mediation mechanism in narcissism and excessive use of microblog.This study selected the 342 college students as the research object,using a questionnaire to investigate the differences in college students' narcissism,microblog use motivation,interpersonal relationship disorderhip and excessive use of microblog at the demographic variable,and established structural equation model.The conclusion is as follows:(1)The revised weibo use motivation scale altogether contains three dimensions:expression of communication,media to attract and information sharing,scale has good validity.(2)Overall,it had significant correlation in narcissism,interpersonal relationship disorderhip and excessive use of microblog.(3)Overt narcissism exert an influence on excessive use of microblog through the part mediating effects of the microblog use motivation.(4)Overt narcissism exert an influence on excessive use of microblog through the multiple mediating effects of the microblog use motivation and interpersonal relationship disorder.The study has very pivotal significance whether in theoretical or practical to enhance the level of college students' mental health in the future.
