The purpose of this study is to explore the specific relationship among emotional intelligence,general self-efficacy and test anxiety,to strengthen the guidance of emotional intelligence,to go a step further to enhance level of general self-efficacy,so as to reduce the level of test anxiety.To solve this problem,the scale of emotional intelligence,general self-efficacy,test anxiety were used,900 junior high school students in three schools of heilongjiang province were surveyed.Based on the scale collected,t-test,multi-factor ANOVA,correlation analysis,mediation effect test and so on are conducted.The results show:1.Junior high school students have higher scores on ability to understand and reason other's emotions in emotional intelligence.On the demographic variables,there is not significant difference in gender;there is not significant difference in only child-non only child;there is significant difference in class cadres-non class cadres.2.Test anxiety of junior high school students is mild anxiety.On the demographic variables,the difference is significant in class cadres-non class cadres;the difference is significant in grades on the test anxiety.3.Self-efficacy of junior high school students is moderate confidence.In the demographic variables,there is significant difference in gender;there is significant difference in only child-non only child;there is significant difference in class cadres-non class cadres.4.There is a significant positive correlation between emotional intelligence and general self-efficacy;there is a significant negative correlation between general self-efficacy and test anxiety;there is a significant negative correlation between emotional intelligence and test anxiety.5.Self-efficacy has a complete mediating effect in the influence of emotional intelligence on test anxiety,the indirect effect emerges masking effect.Based on the above empirical research,suggestions are made to provide on the problems and deficiencies in the emotional intelligence,general self-efficacy,test anxiety,so as to reduce test anxiety.
