A Study On Zhong Shu And His Poems

As a famous eminent monk in the period of the Northern Song Dynasty,Zhong Shu has a bold and uninhibited character,and he is such a talented person who is good at writing poetry,especially known as his Ci-poems.Although the number of poems are not so much,but his artistic attainment is extremely high,and have an important influence on the time and later generations.This article discusses Zhong Shu and his poetry from four aspects: the first chapter is mainly sort out on the life of Zhong Shu and his acquaintances,make some additions on the existing research results,comprehensive understanding of Zhong Shu as far as possible.At the same time,make some explanations to the basic situation of Zhong Shu 's creation,and discusses the complicated style of creation and the forming reasons from three aspects:economic development,secularization of Buddhism and personal experience.The second chapter classifies and analyzes the ideological content of Zhong Shu 's poems,which includes five aspects: leisure elegance,urban romance,man and woman love,insights on life,and wandering between religions.In general,the content is rich and delicate.The third chapter explores the artistic features of Zhong Shu 's poems.It mainly analyzes Zhong Shu' s poems from four aspects: style expression,image selection,allusion application and tone characteristic,hope to make a macroscopic understanding of the creation of Zhong Shu from the perspective of art.The fourth chapter is based on the later spread situation of Zhong Shu's poems.The author introduce the evaluation of Zhong Shu and his poems at different times and ages,and hope to make a general orientation on his unique status and influence.Although as a Buddhist monk,Zhong Shu different from the ordinary monks because of his debauchery character,wonderful creation,delicate and passionate heart,maverick behavior.Especially known for his literary talent,most of his friendship between many literati is based on literature.In the later process of spreading,Zhong Shu 's poems are well received by various poetry theorists,and still have a strong sense of uniqueness compared to the creation of monks in the Song Dynasty.
