| At present, the study of utilitarian moral judgments at home and abroad mainly concentrated on the field of bodily injury, using the moral dilemma to draw the influential factors of utilitarian moral judgment as intention and personal force. However,in daily life,in addition to physical violations,as well as verbal violations and ownership violations, ownership is a very important but has been neglected areas of psychology, the past in the field of physical injury whether the results apply to the field of ownership research very little. In the past, the research on intentions and personal force effects is not perfect. Most of them focus on the observer’s perspective.Whether their effects will exist stably in different perspectives and has not been studied. In addition, previous studies have shown that perspective influences moral judgment, but it does not study the impact of perspective on utilitarian moral judgment and its effects on intent and personal force in a context of ownership violation and its mechanisms. In this study,we use the moral dilemma under the condition of ownership infringement as the experimental material.Through two experiments and four experiments,we investigated the influence and mechanism of intention and personal force on the utilitarian moral judgment in the context of ownership violation under different perspectives. In the first study, the influence of intention and personal force on utilitarian moral judgments was explored in three different experiments. In the second experiment, the second explores the influence of perspective on utilitarian moral judgment and the effect on intention and personal force under the condition of ownership violations, and also explores the reasons for the interaction between the three. The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The influence of intention and personal force on utilitarian moral judgments extend to the field of ownership violations.(2)The two influential factors of utilitarian moral judgment are not exist in all perspectives, the influence of intention exists in different perspectives, and the influence of personal force exists only in the observer’s perspective.(3)The angle of view will affect the moral dilemma in the context of ownership infringement, from bystanders to victims, the subjects’ judgments on behavior gradually turn from the results to the moral theory.(4)Intention can affect the effect of perspective;perspective affect personal force effect.(5)Perspective will affect the utilitarian moral judgments through negative emotions. This study, from different perspectives, examines the influence of intention and personal force on utilitarian moral judgments in the field of ownership violation, which can lay a foundation for the connection of the two fields and make up for the shortcomings of utilitarian moral judgment research.Innovative.Introducing the angle of view into the utilitarian moral judgment research in the field of ownership violation has filled in the gap of the past research and has important practical significance. |
