A Study Of History And Culture Protection And Inheritance In Rural Planning Construction

There is a wealth of historical and cultural resources in our country,which carries five thousand years of civilization,most of which exist in our countryside.Countryside is not only the important carrier of traditional culture but also the important carrier of Chinese spiritual civilization as it breeds the precious spiritual wealth in China.It contains lots of historical memories,modes of production,together with a rich variety of non-material cultural heritage,such as customs,traditional crafts,traditional festivals and so on.All these constitute the life soil of Chinese traditional culture.Since the urbanization from mid-1980 s,with the development and the rapid advance of urbanization,the conflict between the village construction and the urban development gradually appeared.In order to expand urbanization and accelerate the urbanization construction,most villagers go into the city to participate in the construction while village groups are faced with the danger of extinction.These phenomena make the heritance and development of history and culture in rural areas undergoing a severe test.With the expansion of China's New-type urbanization construction and President xi's saying about “keeping the homesickness”,we pay more attention to the task about rural planning and prorection.As the large rural area base number,the rural planning and construction become the key to realize the urbanization construction in China.This paper perspective from the heritance and protection of history and culture,which expounds the principle and content of the heritance and protection of history and culture in rural planning practice,trying to summarize the present protection situation and the existing problems of history and culture in China's current rural planning.Take the planning of Qikou town,which locates in Lin County,Lvliang,Shanxi Province,as an example,summarizing the experience and methods of the heritance and protection of history and culture in rural planning.In the future rural planning and construction,striving to balance the rural development and the protection of history and culture,making it can both satisfy the villagers to a higher level of material life and carry out the protection of traditional culture,so as to accomplish the sustainable urbanization.This paper roughly divides into five chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the background,meaning and purpose of the research,clears the object and content,studies the domestic and foreign research status about the protection and heritance of history and culture in rural planning and village planning,and briefly summarizes the methods and framework of this paper.The second chapter explains the relevant contents about the village history and culture,including its concept,meaning,value,type and content.It can be the basic doing for the further research in the paper.The third chapter expounds the protection and inheritance of rural planning.Firstly,it gets the general idea of state condition of the history and culture protection and development of rural planning and construction.Secondly,it expounds the principle and content of the heritance and protection of rural history and culture,briefly analyzes the approach of protection and inheritance of the local history and culture in practice of beautiful countryside planning and village planning in Shanxi Province.Finally,it summarizes the status quo and existing problems in history and culture's protection and inheritance in current rural planning.The fourth chapter makes a detail analysis and research about Qikou town planning which locates in Lvliang,Shanxi Province.From understanding its natural conditions,history and culture,analyzing and studying the content and specific measures of its heritance and protection of local history and culture in rural planning,summarizing the important experience and the existing problems and putting forward some feasible measures.The fifth chapter summarizes the conclusion of the research and study to be continued,presenting that protection and inheritance of rural culture and history is the subject of rural construction and development.This paper is based on the summary of the present situation of history and culture protection and the relevant theories existing and the on the spot investigations,the author tries to explore these topics and give some suggestions in her capability.Hope to do her bit in the history and culture's protection and inheritance in rural construction.
