Research On Xi Jinping’s Thought About Socialistic Culture Construction

This dissertation studies Xi Jinping’s thought of socialistic culture construction from four aspects.Firstly,economic,political and cultural backgrounds of Xi Jinping’s thought of socialistic culture construction were explained respectively.From the perspective of economic environment,overall economic development maintains a good momentum.A lot of problems have appeared such as the gap between the wealthy and poor which are in urgent need of the guidance of the advanced culture.From the economic background,culture construction has become an important part of “five-in-one”,which is aimed at realizing Chinese dream.In terms of cultural atmosphere,China will continue to strengthen current socialistic culture construction in spreading Chinese elite traditional culture,drawing upon the achievement of civilization in western countries and inheriting the thought of socialistic culture construction.Secondly,the main content of Xi Jinping’s thought of socialistic culture construction has been elaborated,which includes the rule of law,moral,incorrupt government,ecology and diplomacy.In the construction of legal culture,Xi Jinping learns from traditional cultural thought of establishing good,emphasizes implement and observes law strictly by using Western people’s legal thoughts such as popular sovereignty,supremacy of law,fairness and justice etc.for reference.At last,unique legal construction thought has been formed.In light of moral culture,he carries forward Chinese elite moralities by taking four aspects as the center including self-cultivation,family regulation,national administration and world peace and learns from excellent Western morality civilization by focusing on freedom,equality and fraternity.He also establishes a relatively perfect system of moral culture by insisting on taking Marxism-Leninism morality construction theory as a guide.In view of incorruption culture,he draws lessons from the experience of the Party in constructing socialistic construction by means of inheriting traditional incorruption culture.He also cultivates incorrupt concepts in the whole society and builds a more systematic anti-corruption mechanism.In terms of ecological culture,he takes lessons from the ecological thought of Confucian benevolence,learns from the ecological concept of Taoist natural adherence and absorbs ecological wisdom of Buddhism equality.Finally,the concept of ecological culture construction with Chinese characteristics has been put forward.In addition,in the construction of diplomatic culture,he makes an innovation in the thinking of the way to the world communication by emphasizing three aspects: moral and profit,view of compatibility and peace.In addition,thinking paradigm contained in the thought of Xi Jinping’s socialist culture construction has been given further discussion.Strategic thinking ranks first,which means the strategic thinking of interior layout of socialism with Chinese characteristics and win-win cooperation diplomatic layout.The second one is dialectical thinking,which reflects on Xi Jinping’s dialectical and innovation development to traditional culture in culture construction.Meanwhile,he insists on dialectical thinking of connection and development by combining main theme with diversities.The third one is harmony thinking,which can be reflected in the creation of harmonious atmosphere between human,human and nature and human and society as well as the construction of harmonious world culture.The third one is harmonious thinking,which can be reflected in the creation of harmonious atmosphere between human,human and nature and human and society,in the promotion of constructing harmonious world culture by The Belt and Road Initiative.Thus,the thought of harmony is upheld.The last one,historical and cultural thinking,is persevering in Marx’s view of history.Xi Jinping focuses on what has drawn lessons from,how to make ancient things serve the present and treats history using historical and cultural thinking.Furthermore,the last one is that knowledge and action should go hand in hand.Xi Jinping strengthens theoretical study,practices and attaches more importance to the knowledge internalized in heart and out of the line by adopting this thinking in culture construction.Finally,theoretical and practical value of the thinking of Xi Jinping’s socialistic culture construction has been analyzed.From the perspective of theoretical value,the thought has inherited and developed the thought of socialistic culture communication and carried forward and innovated the excellent Chinese traditional culture.And from the practical value,the thought helps to guide the realization of the Chinese dream and shaping the image of great power with Chinese characteristics.
